Pilot Chemical, Red Bank, NJ, has devel- oped its sulfonate transition program to help petroleum sulfonate users adjust to the exit of Shell from the market. The program aims to help petroleum sulfonate users make the switch from discontinued natural sulfonates to Pilot’s synthetic sulfonates, which company executives said are more consistent and reliable.
